We follow these procedures in the MAŁKOWSKI-MARTECH new hire shortlisting and recruitment process. They are based on the legal regulations and the practices of the market
in the form of a job description on our official website and a selected nationwide job portal. A job opening specifies the expected basic qualifications for the job, the application submission deadline, and the offered conditions of employment.

Each individual always has the right to request and receive information about the objectives and scope of his/her personal data processing by MAŁKOWSKI-MARTECH, complete with the right to personal data erasure.
Each qualification interview is conducted by a HR officer and the Division Director responsible for the hiring unit. The interview is to garner information concerning the professional status of the applicant, their past professional experience, and the level of motivation to get the job.

Every job applicant is equal in the recruitment process and receives identical notice of the location, date, time, duration and planned hiring procedure.
The applicants shortlisted and invited to the recruitment qualification process are notified about the planned recruitment process end date. Feedback is provided (by phone or e-mail) to each applicant shortlisted for the qualification process. The recruitment process is personal data protected, and the corporate personnel involved in the process are required to protect confidentiality.
Each job application shall specify a consent clause for personal data processing. The recruitment and shortlisting records are kept and processed at MAŁKOWSKI-MARTECH in compliance with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated in Dz.U. 2016.922) and internal corporate regulations.
